Emailed Miles Kennedy this morning just to clarify some questions i had regarding the conversion of debt to equity and a few other questions.
He provided an excellent response and I am impressed that he got back to me so soon and in such detail. Very professional man.
The main points were:
Very good explanation as to why they struck the agreement to borrow funds;
They are awaiting results from 50 alluvial samples;
Confident to receive $4 million from options and $1.4 million bond in November;
Endiama requested they install a flow X ray diamond recovery machine for security reasons
Will shoot the email to anyone that wants it
