Just to clatify, in September 2010, Prima announced to the market that they were intending to list on the NASDAQ and that they expected to hear back within 60-90 days.
I think many investors assumed that the listing would take place within the 60-90 days, but in hindsight I think the 60-90 day timeframe was more the beginnig of compliance requirements.
I feel the more frustrated shareholders get, the CLOSER IT MUST BE - hopefully only another week or two now, all other compliance requirements appear to have been met.
