    He met with the president of Madagascar to expedite the granting of the license recently and felt confident of a S/T resolution

    Either way, $15M+ in the bank and nil asset value - we are trading with a -$7M+ EV

    Why are these people dumping such volume into 3.4c ? Margin calls and dramas elsewhere perhaps
