Regarding your concerns about the potential legalities arising for the Company from land zoning initiatives taken by the City of Duncan, please be advised that our facility in British Columbia, while for ease of explanation called "Duncan Facility", is located within the jurisdictional authority of the Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD), not the City of Duncan. Also and while irrelevant for the Company, the current initiative taken by the City of Duncan is geared towards preventing illegal dispensaries from operating, not to interfere with MMPR regulations.
