SXY take over AWE ( merge ) , sell remaining Indonesian assets to Santos and use cash to take a stake in the WA shale basin.

One of the ten biggest shale basins in the world.

Okay, the SXY 'merger' didn't work but interest in WA shale is growing. AWE have 2-4 WA shale drills planned next year.

JMHO.

ps. I did not get to see PM on my visit to Perth ( Ashes cricket ). He was in the UK. These assets could be very valuable.
