    They'd need some good banking support tui, but it is a plausible scenario.

    BTW, why haven't they monetised their Surat CSG yet?
    The value of that alone is worth 1/3rd of AWE.
    Add to that cash from spinning off AWE's Indonesia and all that could just about cover the cash component of a takeover (2/3rds cash from a bank & 1/3rd SXY scrip).


    That could well work @ 1.75.
