    Good afternoon...first of all congratulations on your signing of the SSA. It has been a long time coming but well done. Can yuo please confirm 1) With 6% of Gridcomm SH's to sign could this stop or interrupt the deal? 2) Can you please confirm the consolidation ratio not mentioned in your announcement?     Neil I have no further information to disclose apart from what was made in the announcement. Any further information will be made via announcements to market. GridComm and ODN are very excited and pleased to have secured the acquisition and look forward to news flow in the short term. Yes, aware you are going to post this to HC.
