Sent an email tonight and was responded by Peter at 1am. I think it clears up Zodiacs relationship with Stirling very well. Very happy with the response and clarity surrounding the products, sales and revenue.

    Hi James,

Thanks for your comments we are hard at it as you recognise.

Zodiac only has the two interests with Stirling as disclosed, the botanical products, including of course ImmunoXel, and the drug Inhalation device, technology and platform. Products such as the honey lozenges are not part of this JV although one of the supplied ingredients (ImmunoXel) is. You are also correct in that no other revenue is shared with Zodiac.

In May we has SALES of 300,000 and in the Quarterly we reported revenues, essentially commissions on our sales for three month period as currently we are only selling third party products while our own are at various stages of production and shipping. Zodiac does not have any interest in these sales.

The Canadian pharmaceutical production facility is 100% owned by Stirling through a wholly owned Canadian subsidiary, Stirling Pharma, Inc. TeleMedCare is the subject of announcement to the ASX so I cannot comment on that in this instance.

Regards and thankyou for your continued support,

    Peter
