I dont think it is against the ASX rules for a CEO to say that they have a announcement coming out. If they said what was in the announcement then that would be a different story.
Just going off past announcements and investor updates i think it is safe to say that news is due within a short time frame as i posted last night and would make the emails posted last night correct.
But you have just discovered Phil's pet hate being HC. Last i spoke with him i had to promise that i would not post any of the chat we had on HC which i comply to (but i will confirm that there wasn't and as never been any price sensitive information shared with me as Phil runs a very tight ship and does not talk out of school which he can only be commended for).
