Had a call today from Unilife representative and spoke to him...

Had a call today from Unilife representative and spoke to him for 15 minutes or so.

Take a look at my previous posts as to what I may have spoken/asked etc(wasn't a warm and fuzzy conversation).

This is what I was able to determine.

1. Australian Investors can't participate in the raising(unless they have a US broker).

2. The raising is/was a done deal by the time they announced it and was to Institutions.

3. Due to regulations etc Unilife is unable to announce/report anything regarding the raising until after it closes 5/7/12 or if your a Yank 7/5/12.(Blackout Period.)

4. The company was put in a position where they had to do the raising(would't elaborate). Makes sense because otherwise why would you..........
