Hi Gus, some valid points but my limited research suggests two things:
1. The US is still the largest single market for patients with CF.
2. If there was a big market for CF in China, they'd rip off the drug (it's only powdered sugar) and take their chances PXS would never have any success suing them.
US approval is still the approval PXS needs for Bronchitol (although Bronchiectasis may well exclipse this in time)..
