1. The US is still the largest single market for patients with CF.
What evidence do you have? China 1.34 billion people versus American 313 million people. China would be the largest market for drug surpassing America multiple times

2. If there was a big market for CF in China, they'd rip off the drug (it's only powdered sugar) and take their chances PXS would never have any success suing them.

If so...then why drug companies are investing billions of dollar in China? if and only if we get a knock off products but their benefit/profit far outweigh the disadvantages.

They got the market, the money and much less stricter regulation than the snobish FDA !
