QMN is required to publish its top 20 list of shareholders once a year unless otherwise required. It is the company?s policy to publish that list in its annual report for the purposes of the AGM, which is due to be held by 30 November 2011.



Substantial shareholders are required to give notice to ASIC of any significant changes in their holdings and the company then makes an appropriate announcement. In respect to QMC I refer you to page 44 of the 2010 annual report and to the December 2010 Quarterly Report dated 31 January 2011.



As a shareholder your rights to the information requested are set out in section 173 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). In this respect I would refer you to section 177 of the Corporations Act which sets out the prescribed use of the information
