I think i have a simple explanation. The management became aware of the shareholders intentions (especially on hotcopper)to change the management. As such, its NOT in their best interest to let us know who the top 20 are as they must be afraid that we will use the list to contact some of the major holders and persuade them to join us in our efforts, its as simple as that!
