Dear Frederic

The Company's Board of Directors is currently considering financing options. I cannot add any more in this regard at this time.

The Company is also currently assessing the commercial viability of the Namibian Phosphate Project, including matters of recoverability and markets for phosphate extracted. The Company has highly qualified phosphate project development and operational personnel whose assistance it is able to draw on, coupled with the project development and management expertise of its Managing Director, Dr. Frank Reid.
