response (or lack their of) from mp bligh

You may remember a while back i received a letter from the PM regarding CXY's shutdown (with the fairly standard excuse they have been using). Since the recent arrow energy BTEX leak i have asked her to re-evaluate her response and explain why cougar was shut down and not Arrow. This is all she gave.

Dear Mr Cxxx,

Thank you for your further email of 29 August 2011 concerning the Cougar Energy Underground Coal Gasification plant. I have been requested to reply to you on the
Premier's behalf. Whilst the contents of your message have been noted, the Premier is unable to add to the information previously conveyed to you on 16 March 2011. I have, however, taken the liberty of forwarding a copy of your email to the Honourable Vicky Darling MP, Minister for Environment for her consideration and reply direct to you.
Again, thank you for contacting the Premier on this matter.
