Response certainly damning and totally inadequate - whether some of the questions are not material to the share price doesn't mean they weren't in the time the market was operational between announcement and Trading Halt - if this was the Ontario Securities Commission in Canada or SEC in US these Directors would be packing their daks - this is a very poor reflection on Australian market.
