Today, I received response from the administrator in relation to claim against the company and intention to be involved as potential creditor.
The administrator acknowledged the possibility of taking relevant shareholders into consideration, but need formal claim and evidence of loss.
Not a big issue. The question is whether worthwhile to make a formal claim as an individual.
