Dolche have you learnt a bit more since coming here on HC, as to why this company is in so much trouble?
I find the information you learn on here quite revealing some times, don't you?
In my view the new BOD brought about the crisis (as you put it) by "doubling down" with the Code Red initiative on the same company problems the previous management had implemented.
They also repeated the same governance mistakes and credit raising errors of the previous board.
Rather than (at that time) radically changing tack.
A lot of people put others on ignore.
I'm not saying you do, but just sayin, I would never put anyone on ignore.
Just my view.
