AHZ is a novice... I believe there can be a considerable time before being removed from ASX
Oh dear the joys of Share Markets ... not what they used to be...
IMHO... too many over educated people running the shows. Too many Compliance Rules that take peoples 'eyes off what they are supposed to be doing' for the benefit of the Coy and its Shareholders.
Have a look at an Annual report -pick any Coy's, and count the number of pages related to that Company's real operations and see how much is related to that.. Then have a look at 'Compliance Regulations', then ask yourself..' "Have all these Compliance Rules/Regs helped the Coy achieve its real goals...???". In my opinion... no bl...y way. But keeps the 'mosquito brigade , with briefcases,' in jobs.
Who would want to be a Coy Director .... maybe that's why we are getting many who do not seem to have the nouse to run Coys .. All IMHO of course.
