IMO 1: ASIC will be hard pressed to do too much to AVQ other than cause time delay to cap raising and I suggest give RM further reason to support ore shipping delay. ASIC investigation will further hurt AVQ market reputation.
2: Will TRAXYS deal stand? Only time will tell on completion of due diligence. There are some big questions and concerns to be satisfied and accepted by Traxy. That is their game though.
3: The limited understanding we know of both the grades and resource potential (life of mining operation) are not strong with San Jorge as it is a stand alone deposit. However if Traxy accept the risk it could proceed.
4: Cash flow & profits! Very tight grades and margins. Many external factors could adversely hinder profitability or scope of a loss. Big question with major risks falling on AVQ & NOT Traxy.
5: Cap raising success and moving forward. Hard to see how if cap raising fails. Not looking good on current share price and ASIC investigation. But one thing RM is good at doing is getting critical cash in. The cost to Shareholders in past has been horrific but has kept this ship just afloat.
As I find myself saying time will tell.
