I have witnessed ASIC trying to secure 1st the evidence that will stand up and then a conviction against companys and or its directors.
It tough for ASIC.
I’m fed up with shareholders being misled and I hope ASIC succeed. To show the ASX corporate world that you can’t knowingly behave in this manner.
And I do hope I’m proven wrong. Bit Irish but you know what I mean I’m sure.
