Response to ASIC, page-26

Interested 2408:
Hard to know as this is not 1st nor 2nd time AVQ have
been called on to explain under investigation by ASIC.
As the saying goes where’s there is smoke there is fire.
Have to hold and see.
I loath the language used to discuss this situation. It’s AVQ this and AVQ that!
AVQ is not responsible for how it’s actions and reputation is being constantly questioned.
It is the PEOPLE who are supposedly running, steering, call it whatever one likes, but AVQ management are responsible for the fortunes or demise of AVQ THE ENTITY.
This is some of what and where ASIC will be looking very closely. ASIC have years of AVQ public statements, reports and disgruntled shareholders expriences to work through.
We have to wait and see.
But those that choose too can now add ASIC to their long list of protagonists and reasons why AVQ can’t move ahead let alone stay on schedule.
