It's the second one leondis. An insto is helping out management here by getting the VWAP reasonable enough to make the imminent SPP discount look as attractive as possible. Wouldn't surprise me if the stock goes for a jog up to the mid 5s in the next week or so. Massive massive dilution is coming, look out.
