I have to say Im a little bit dubious about the time frames listed. CTP coincidentally didnt obtain enough information about the incident until just after market close the following day?... hmmmm.
Im tossing up whether to give CTP the benefit of the doubt or not but it would be nice to have a geo/engineer to give their impression on whether such extensive damage would have taken over 24 hours to realise that this would was going to cause major delays and a material impact...
