yes thaisa, the only question is what is their names, and what will they get.
of course the other question is has ASIC got any teeth, this is as clear cut as I have ever seen before.
don't think anyone has got away with this, the ASX had to ask the questions, DMN have given them a timeframe on events leading to the TH, they have admitted large vol increase, which we know about, who was responsible for the large vol, very easy to find out, I would say a number of people would be about to be asked questions soon.
