response to asx query

In Kab response to ASX query about its precarious cash position. they replied that debt facility negotiations were well advanced and that an update would be given in the current quarter. That did not happen so they have basically mislead investors and the ASX.

I sent a polite email to them last week simply asking when the update would be forthcoming.
I have had no reply, and this from a small company that has not one but 2 company secretaries on the payroll.

I challenge others to see if they can get a response from this company..good luck.
