After reading Len's response it goes to show just how ludicrous it was for DERM to shut down Cougar's operation.

Dorothy Pratt posed the question whether there was any failure to report information which required reporting, to Stephen Roberston during Estimates. Roberston did not know & was obviously embarrassed. He contacted DERM & the you know what hit the fan.

DERM & others - you have had your moment in the sun - you have made a mountain out of a molehill - its time TO MOVE FORWARD.
