Is the share price being pumped up to support a CR?
Lets hope they can do a deal that adds shareholder value & does'nt shaft the long term holders.....




1. The Company is currently investigating a number of proposals that relate to potential strategic investments, joint ventures in relation to existing assets, and future exploration activities and expenditure commitments. The proposals being considered are either preliminary in nature or are still subject to negotiation between the parties.
Should any of the proposals be completed, the Company will consider raising additional capital to assist with the funding requirements via a rights issue, equity placement, or a combination of the two.

Each of these proposals are preliminary in nature or are still subject to negotiation, and as such the information available to the Company in relation to these proposals is incomplete and uncertain.
