Could be someone wanting to move along the exploration in Laos.

Might be someone wanting to get in on the Alford drilling?

or Last but not least, something to do with the long awaited Torrens drilling?

Just remember there are a few options open to ARE at the moment. Imagine if there were some foreign investors looking to help progress their prospects in Laos?

As I said copper is going great guns as is gold and both are in the Laos region.
