Only response 30/9/18 is via letter:
"The Board of WDE will consider the offer in due course and will make a formal recommendation to
shareholders of WDE following such consideration.
WDE advises shareholders are not required to take any action at present."

History WDE always traded below NTA.
WAM always said WDE was a good buy because of below NTA.
TSR 1yr 16% , 3YR 2.5%
Now : so WAM gets the next 80% of WDE for $1.00 and could add value because of the WAM value investing model. Fair offer for all

So we wait for a response in due course.. I think this is reasonsble deal by WAM.

Will see what our board counter offers this with a better investment model.!! This week maybe?
