Probably because they aren't material. Galderma ordered a total of 1222kg of oil in the 2 years to 31 March 2016, whilst revenues from product sales in the first half only increased by $4m. This included the ~$2.5m received from the Shanghai Richer Link!!
Meanwhile the product that includes sandalwood oil is hardly flying off the shelves at amazon.com
