    Kiwi, I kind of think WNI already had 82% or more by last week.

    They just tipped most of what remains of WNI associate shares into the acceptances. The reason they delayed this last batch is for dramatic effect.

    There is still a some amount of shares the WNI associates are using to trade between each other.

    There will be no delisting just on market buy until they get to 90%.

    For this reason, who on earth would sell at this level but themselves ??
