I will reserve my judgement till the amended documents are lodged with ASX.
The letter today does not say anything about
- Will the executives still get LTIP shares for the bonus pool earned in Dec 2011 ? It was stated quite clearly in original document.
- Will the executives also get Performance Awards on top of Bonus pool, then Shares equivalent to bonus pool and then Performance award - mentioned on page 2 but then not explained later on. This is triple dipping for the same achievement.
- Why the members of compensation committee need more options to be allocated (the directors have already 28 million options at 8 cents plus 4 million to Ann at 15.5 cents - these were only issued in last 18 months
- What percentage of bonus will be paid at Threshold (like doing your normal job), then at Target and then at Stretch.
There has been a lot unsaid then said in the letter - so will wait till the official ASX document is released
