Indigo Pacific has no debt and therefore no exposure to the US sub-prime
problems.

This was reiterated to the market in our profit guidance announcement on
18 December 2007 when we stated:


"Indigo Pacific has no debt and zero exposure to the US sub-prime
lending market," he said.

There is no valid reason for the drop in Indigo Pacific share price. We
will announce the half year profit around 26 February which should ease
shareholder concerns.
