So, An interesting past week on the wire: Two stop work orders issued by The Provincial Assembly of Tanganyika…, and a visit to Kinshasa . The locals up in arms about the dam wall works and water diversions, together with all Chinese activities.., Oh, and the missing millions!

Then, 1st out of the Blocks, the Cominiere return to X after approximately 6-8weeks in silence (going to ground at the time of the $70m NGO payment going missing) . They throw some insult at $AVZ saying they have dropped out of the ASX, but trying hard to regain the faith of the DRC Ministers… They insinuate these conversations are not happening….

Roll in the clowns of Fat Tail/MMGA who reappear after also shutting up shop on their Website and email accounts (some months ago), spooking a 1c takeover offer as a lifeline for investors wanting out… This offer being promoted by a Perth based start-up(?) – RTG Mining. Michael Carrick again leading that charge…

So, you can now bet Zijin are pressing those buttons - shelling out more coin for a stir and a better position, in the hope of saving their sorry arses! It has always been said that Zijin will one day need to buy their way out of this mess, so to hide from total embarrassment.. The bribes must be running thin (and getting VERY expensive, and without a result). Will this then force a buy-out at the $2+ payout most would take as an easy out!

Step up AVZ, with a beauty of an announcement last night.

    1. Beware of the latest Zijin scam of a takeover bid, aimed at ultimately overthrowing the BOD’s in the 2024 AGM. Yep, REJECT this OFFER (Any Offer from these clowns)!

    1. Confirmation AVZ are again talking to the New government with reference to “a strong line of communication”, and they are hoping “that a MOU can be agreed between the relevant parties in a timely manner”. Yes, we have been here before (that pending MOU of August (ish) last year), but don’t forget Simon Cong and the Fat tail boys derailed this by spooking to the DRC government that his people/team would overthrow AVZ BOD’s, and provide an easy exit for the DRC in the pending ICSID and ICC cases. Of course, the DRC were going to take the bait, and thus close down discussions, in hope. Things will be different this time (we hope ).

    Where were you boys??

    1. AVZ is “ engaging on a broad range of strategic and value realisation transactions to advance the development of the Manono Project and/or deliver substantive value to shareholders”

In summary. I know where my head is; those Interim ICC and ICSID rulings have now applied some pressure on the new government to engage immediately. Interim rulings turn into final rulings if a negotiation cannot be reached between two parties, and AVZ are in a VERY strong position at this time (OK, not financially). EIGHT Surrounding countries of the DRC also adhere to ICC and ICSID (more pressure), and the new report tweeted(?) on X by AVZ (mid yesterday afternoon) suggests assets of the DRC can be taken from worldwide riches .

The pressure is back on, and it appears we have a new, and younger Minister base, ready to take on Corruption!

The bank account. My guess is Locke is not the only source of funding. Step in a rich Australian miner ($20m is pocket change for a patriot) with a bail-out, or some loaded current SH’s with an interest in Roulette… (Now this line is speculation )

    GLTAH’s. Hang in there.

    The Gunn!
