Well we all know Michael Carrick from the last AGM and how we saw him doing a runner after, with a his Fat Tail Holding between his legs.
Geoff Jones however, was between 2013-2023 the Managing Director of engineering consulting and contracting company, GR Engineering Services Limited (ASX: GNG), a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries.
Yes, the same GR Engineering Services which carried out the Feasibility study for AVZ during that period.
What does that say about Mr. Jones, other than he is well informed and knows that his offer price is let say a tad opportunistic?
