Believe if you wish - I dont think the Company will be in any reasonable discussions with SMM in the near future..
This case is going all the way.. I will be interested to hear from the company as to when this is expected to finish, no time soon Three to six months at leased IMO.
Though it was said on this forme money is no problem, Someone has got deep pockets.. more than SMM
Still believe a one liner from the Company is not to much to ask for..
