Mark Hohnen is the only one with a for sale sign on Husab. He is actively trying to get out after creating so many debarcles through out the history of management performance with this stock. Using his heavy weight power to rid the board of anyone who didnt do things his way!! Including old buddies!
EXT on the other hand, have not got a for sale sign up on Husab, they are watching what is going on and will take action in what appears to be the best strategy for shareholders when opportunities arise.
They are not involved with talks with China and Kah and are not privvy to the information, however they constantly talk with relevant suitors as needed or approached.
They have done some butt covering but approaching ASIC to protect shareholders should Kah be taken out by the chinese so as to enforce a downstream offer IF that is what the majority of shareholders want.
