So desperate to get themselves sold that they are in talks seperately. Even though the UK shareholders (Kalahari) are not interested in selling out!!! EXT/KAH Shareholders understand the value proposition, management, however, want to realise the payout, given options, etc. One could argue that they are not working in the shareholders best interests.
