All I reccommend is that you don't go running in like a bull in a china shop with your questions. No management like being told how to do their job by some random.

Mate, also, If you don't get a reply - leave it be. I'm sure we've all sent unanswered emails to companies before.
I'm sure management are under the pump right now securing this approval as well as trying to move the company forward etc...

It's always good to have alternative views ie; takes away the bias.
