Got the following email from NSW Major Projects as have subscribed to updates for the Bowdens project. Struggling to find this document on the website https://www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/major-projects/project/9641 but at least shows they've moved forward another step.

The Department has received a response to the issues raised in submissions for the Bowdens Silver. You can access this document on the Major Projects Website.
The Department will now commence its assessment having regard to the issues raised in submissions and the proponents response.
