    i belive in simple rules.. which are

    1) buy low sell high
    2) higher the risk the smaller the investment
    3) if risk is high and chance of a return is low - why bother?


    at the moment property falls under point 3 for a few reasons

    1) house prices are not matching peoples maximum wage
    2) interest rates are going up
    3) unemployment is going up
    4) housing is seriously / historically over valued.

    there for, why not wait till price is lower so there is a chance of upward movement, then jump in (if its for investing)
