thats my thoughts BG, if people think property wont bounce for a while, why jump in now???
The stockmarket ha shad its fall, it may regroup and there are still good stocks like undervalued reits (their property value has been crushed) and you can buy well under the crush value.
i am investing in some of those rather than real direct investment in property. ie aez, mcw, rny, iof, iif, mof, mdt etc, i beleive they will give a highr percentage return over the short term. and very liquid, if rates go up antother .5 or .75 percent in the next few months how many more houses will be on the market??
