Well at least I know what today's buyers are thinking:
x Assigning a 50% to an increased offer
x Assigning a 0% chance of the offer falling through
There is very little chance TS is going to increase the offer. You can see this from his behavior with COV. Which is a mirror of this transaction.
The has been no formal documentation released and no approvals provided. That just does not equal 100% chance of completion!
I'll forgoe shouting or ad hominem attacks, my arguments are strong enough as they stand.
(I didn't say "0% prob offer withdrawn", I said very likely which is not equal to 100% chance!)
