Followme - mate, again I'm not seeing it.
This is the same typical marketing that DMM's been doing for a while - if anything from what I can fathom from my quick read is that this is a prelude to a CAP RAISING effort of which CFE have now relieved them of - check page 16 of 19 and you'll see it hidden away there.
Quite frankly given the release of this doc I'm glad CFE made their offer as without it I'm sure a cap raising would have decimated the SP once again.
Like it or lump it CFE got this easy, the only thing they did wrong IMO is that they didn't take a larger chunk when the board at DMM needed the cash.
