So hsve I got this right? Vic goverment puts a fraccing moratorium in place, causing LKO to raise cash, while progress on their flagship project is put on hold. We are then told the relevent permit/permits have not been applied for and yet we were given timelines for the fraccing by LKO. All the while BPT release no information about when the Wombat 4 fraccing work is expected to start.
Hmmm.
