Hi Metallica.I'm contacting you on what's going on with the processing plant and where it might be getting here, also if the bloom energy HOA is still in place and what are we doing to keep this in tacked. I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your query through our website.

Our previous Quarterly Report detailed the status of the Mineral Sands plant. As soon as the plant sails from South Africa the Company will release the news to the ASX. We expect this announcement to occur soon.

The Bloom Agreement remains intact. Unfortunately Bloom has not progressed as they had planned and this has impacted Metallica. We will be engaging with Bloom to ensure our position is reserved. I can also confirm that we value the patented technology invented by the Company, with others, to manufacture high purity Scandium and will do all things necessary to protect that value.
