Boards issuing themselves stock and options in lieu of salaries?
(especially when funds are tight and they don’t want to dilute at current share price levels)
In my experience it happens all the time.

The way I read it was:
1/
The update was in response to Covid 19 and the update said things were still progressing and social distancing measures were in place etc.
2/
As a separate issue (to conserve cash because they are down to $1m or $2m) they have reduced salaries and issued options.

In no way did the announcement tie issuing options to themselves because of the corona virus ?

Or did I read it wrong ?
