That would make sense. I met some guys in Jo'burg and at Africa Downunder 07 associated with SetPoint Labs, Jo'Burg, who had a pyrochlore solvent extraction method for sale. The GBE guys, at the time, were talking of solvent extraction as a way of getting the metals out of pyrochlore. Seems they are still thinking along those lines.

ALK, at Dubbo, is looking at a similar method for treating their zirconium hydrous silicate ores to strip out the uranium (a deleterious element, and a byproduct). This method was researched via CSIRO in Australia.

so the techniques are certainly around to treat these uraniferous pegmatite/alkaline rocks and their minerals.

Lets see what the scoping study says as to what method they are using, etc.
